Lead times will vary depending on each order. We typically aim for a lead time of six to eight weeks, though if you order something obscure the lead time can be between eight and 12 weeks.

We offer a 10 year guarantee on all products supplied and fitted by Total Home NI. This is done through the independent Warranty association, known better as (IWA) Insurance backed guarantee.

Yes. However, due to the materials used to create composite doors, you cannot use regular paint. Avoid using latex paint, we recommend you use oil-based enamel paints as this will have better coverage.  

White uPVC windows are our cheapest option. The final price of your windows will depend on size and style but do not worry, we have a number of offers to help you get your dream windows, no matter what style, material or colour you are after.  

Yes. We offer our composite doors in a range of bespoke colours, styles and finishes, so you can achieve an appearance similar to a traditional wooden door. You can get composite doors that look like wood but without the maintenance upkeep.

Yes, triple glazing is more energy efficient than the single-glazed or double-glazed alternatives. Triple glazing allows you to have the highest levels of energy efficiency in your home. We use industry leading brands such as Pilkington and Saint-Gobain, so you can be assured your home will stay warm for years to come. Triple glazing allows for U-values as low as 0.6 W/m2K when combined with our aluminium systems, saving you money on fuel bills and improving the environmental efficiency of your home. 

Yes, we do. Choose from our range of double glazing (which we provide as standard), triple glazing, acoustic glazing, decorative glazing and thermally efficient glazing.  

Yes. Composite doors deliver exceptional levels of performance compared to doors that are created with a singular material like wooden doors. As a result, they combine several high-performance components to keep your property safer, more secure and thermally efficient all through the year. High quality wooden doors can be very expensive, require more maintenance than a composite or  door and can be worn down easily from rain and wind, damaging the colour and appearance.  

Yes, at Total Home NI, all of our windows come as double glazed as standard.  

Yes, you can paint uPVC windows and uPVC doors. We recommend however that you do not paint any uPVC products before they are at least 12 months old, as there are resins on new UPVC materials. During the manufacturing process, an extra layer of plastic is added to the windows that makes the UPVC appear shiny. When you get tired of the colour of your uPVC products, painting them can improve your home’s curb appeal.  

You are in luck. Our partner company Total Garden Rooms design and manufacture a range of luxury, bespoke garden rooms. These are all manufactured at our Belfast factory and are all fitted with our top-quality windows and doors.  

Composite doors come in a variety of styles, colours and designs so to receive a full accurate quotation you should contact us so we can do this based on your specific needs. Composite doors also are available in 2 different thicknesses, 44mm Single rebate and 70mm double rebate, again this can lead to differences in prices. As a rough rule of thumb, composite door styles can start from £1300 supplied, fitted and guaranteed but we are always happy to work with our customers on price when you decide on your new composite door design.
