Total Home NI team were great to work with start to finish, they kept in touch to make sure that the work agreed at original sales matched survey and then order before being sent to factory. Like all jobs there are little things that fall out of bed when at construction stage but these were all sorted on the day and had no impact on me or the finished product. The Install Leader, Marcin, has been in touch since to make sure everything was still up to scratch. Marcin and his team a credit to the company and very happy with the product so far!

Absolutely delighted with my full house transformation. 2 beautiful uPVC doors front and back and 13 windows in total. The fitting team were FANTASTIC, and even with a few surprises behind the walls along the way they managed everything so professionally and did a superb job in the tidy up. Nothing was a hassle to them! Thanks also to Damien and Louise for a seamless experience start to finish which was just under 8 weeks, and finally Marcin for the last finishing touch! My house now feels like the perfect 'warm ' home just in time for the cold. Love it!

Just had patio windows and a door installed, the 2 guys that fitted them were super efficient, quick and very pleasant. They really impressed me, because they even cleaned up all their mess! I visited showroom and was allowed around on my own with no one standing or hovering over me. Any assistance I required was given promptly and effectively. I subsequently made my decision and received a contract. Doors were fitted as required and workmen were clean tidy and efficient. Representative contacted me after installation to check that all was good. Very efficient company that I would recommend and use again.

From customer service, design, quality (which by the way fitted my property perfectly, and I could not have done it alone), communication throughout and finally, installation, which was clean and immaculate with very little disruption. Excellent service, staff and great value when compared with other companies we spoke to. Their installation team were fast and very tidy. Covid did mean we had to wait a bit longer for our installation, but that was to be expected. Can't rate this company high enough.

Highly Recommend Total Home; the whole process from ordering to installation was brilliant. The two fitters, Dom and Sam, provided an excellent service and left no mess behind.
